Full-Time Real Estate Sales Associate

A full-time Sales Associate position is available now with Regional Realty inc. Ideal candidate is professional, self motivated, Licensed in the State of MN or willing to become licensed. Candidates best suited for these positions are determined and have entrepreneurial like tendencies.

Responsibilities include: market research, marketing management, prospecting, face-to-face client interaction, negotiations, transaction management, escrow coordination and hands-on involvement.

Preferred Qualifications
A current MN real estate license or willingness to get licensed prior to starting. Experience in customer service is a plus, along with experience in the industry. The self-starter position has strong systematic and organizational skills, is detail-oriented, and computer savvy (Internet marketing, Microsoft Office, Publisher, Adobe, Photo editing, understanding of mail merge). He or She possesses excellent communication skills (written and verbal), posses a strong work ethic, a responsible and dependable “go to” person, independent, supportive and positive. This position requires you to work under a broker.
Compensation: Negotiable, Sliding scale commission.
