Real Estate has been a passion of mine for a very long time. I hope it is reflected in each and every one of my transactions.

Prior to receiving my Real Estate License, I was a Real Estate Appraiser. I enjoyed the appraisal world, but preferred a career that would give me more interaction with people and the outside world.

My appraisal experience has been very beneficial in negotiating purchase prices of homes for clients and also finding the best investment properties.

Prior to Real Estate Appraisal I did cash management for a large company. While this was great and a lot of fun, it still kept me behind a desk. With the opportunities in today’s market for real estate investments I knew at this time my career was in real estate.
